The Bureau of Standards Jamaica(BSJ) joins the global community each year on the 14^th October to celebrate World Standards Day.   The commemoration of the day is to primarily recognize the contribution and outstanding work of experts who serve on technical committees and contribute to standards development.

This year the BSJ will commemorate with a week of activities from Sunday 13 October to Friday 18 October 2024.

The Bureau of Standards Jamaica is committed to the continued development and promulgation of standards, in fulfilling its mandate as a National Standards Body (NSB).
