Rules/Guidelines : World Standards Day 2021 Artistic Expression Competition 

1.The competition will run from September 20 to October 8, 2021

2. All Entries must be submitted in video format via whatsapp 876-855-1113 or email owallace@bsj.org.jm

3. Video length must NOT exceed 90 seconds/1.5 minutes

4. Each entry must communicate how standards contribute to a better world and highlight at least three of the sustainable development goals. - Click here to view the sustainable goals

5. Entries may take the form of Song, Poetry , DJ or Rap

6. Content must be suitable for publication (Free of inappropriate references)

7. Content must be free of copyright infringement

8. All content once submitted remains the property of the BSJ

9. Three finalist in each category will be determined by selection panel of judges   

10. The public will then be asked to vote for the winners

11. One (1) winner will be selected from each category based public votes/ the number of likes

12. Entries will be judged based on:

• Creativity
• Adherence to the theme
• Originality
• Clarity of expression
• Audio and Visual quality

13. Winners will be announced on World Standards Day 14 October 2021

14. The Judges decision & results of the public vote are final

15. Staff Members of the BSJ or their relatives are excluded from entering
