Judith M. Campbell is a human resource management professional with over two decades of experience in her career path. She is currently the Manager, Human Resource with responsibility for the management of staff benefits and welfare and matters related to salary and office administration, inclusive of the development and implementation of the Division’s policies, procedures, budget and reports. Additionally, she serves as Secretary to the Board of Trustees, Bureau of Standards Pension Plan.
She joined the Bureau of Standards Jamaica in 1994 as Assistant Training Manager and later served as Assistant Human Resource Manager. She previously worked at the Wolmer’s High School for Girls and the Mico College Evening Institute. Miss Campbell holds a Teachers Certificate from Church Teachers College, a Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies, Mona. She also holds a post graduate Diploma in Human Resource.
She is an active member of the Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica.
